“Thankful”

I can feel it coming !!! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I THANK GOD for his strength to get me through the days. I still make sure to live in the present and feel every emotion I’m going through to remind me of WHY I’ll be traveling for 9 months.

Today I decided to take a SURPRISE trip home back to Illionis. YES, I’m from the midwest!!! I work Thanksgiving day, so I wont have the time to spend with my family. I’m going to visit them early. I really needed this trip to be around people who I love and people who love me. I’ve been living in Florida on my own for about 12 years and it’s nice to go home for a visit and get away from the RAT RACE!!!

I’m Thankful to be at the Airport!!! Nothing like it!!!! Nothing like having your ID/Passport in your hand ready to hand it to security with your boarding pass!!! Nothing like finding your gate while you people watch and wait for your plane to depart. I get so excited!!! I’m the girl who sits next to you on the plane and ask you all about your life. I love to hear about where people are going and their career paths they choose and WHY. I am thankful when they ask me to share my story because it’s so unique. Small town girl who’s journey has not always been clear, but she’s currently moving in the direction of purpose. I love talking to people about my travels and experiences!! I love seeing their face light up when I mention Dubai!!!

I just want the world to know there’s more to life then your current reality. At any second, any minute we can make the decesion to change our life. AND our life will change!!!! I’ve made it to Chicago and now on the train, because I made a decision that I needed a break and needed to see family. It’s just that easy!

I am Thankful for this season that I’m in life. I’m Thankful for what God has in store for my life and yours. God Bless you on your journey. Our Best days are ahead!!! I’M HOME!!!!
